3. Orders & Quotes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • Prices and quotes provided through our forms (Start a Custom Project, Retail Partner Application, Wholesale Inquiry) are estimates and are confirmed in writing before production begins.<\/li>\n\n\n
  • For custom orders, production begins only after you approve the CAD design or sample and pay the agreed deposit.<\/li>\n\n\n
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that cannot be produced as specified.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    4. Pricing & Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Designs, sketches, CAD files, and reference images you submit remain your property; by submitting them you grant us a limited license to use them solely to quote, design, and produce your order.<\/li>\n\n\n
      • Original designs, techniques, and production methods developed by Hong Kong Custom Jewelry Limited remain our intellectual property.<\/li>\n\n\n
      • You are responsible for ensuring that any design, logo, or reference you submit for production does not infringe a third party’s intellectual property rights.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
