From your first idea to a finished piece in your store — here is what working with HK Custom Jewelry looks like, whether you are ordering from our catalog, requesting a sample, or starting a fully custom project.

Browse or Start a Custom Request
Choose ready-to-order styles from our wholesale catalog, request a sample, or submit your own idea, drawing, or CAD file to start a custom project.
Get a Quote
For catalog items, pricing is shown up front. For samples and custom projects, our team reviews your request and responds with pricing and feasibility — usually within 2–3 business days.

Confirm & Pay Deposit
Approve the quote (and CAD render, for custom pieces), then pay to confirm your order — a deposit for custom production, or full payment for catalog and sample orders.
Production & Quality Check
Your pieces are crafted and quality-checked in our facility, with typical MOQ starting from 20 pieces per style for wholesale production runs.

Shipping & Delivery
Once production is complete, we pack and ship your order worldwide with tracking, so you know exactly when it will arrive.
