At Hong Kong Custom Jewelry Limited, decades of hands-on craftsmanship work alongside modern CAD/CAM design and precision manufacturing equipment — giving our retail and wholesale partners a production partner who can take a project from sketch to finished piece without compromising on quality, speed, or consistency.
Our Production Capabilities
From the first concept to the final polish, every stage of production happens under one roof, giving us full control over quality and lead times.
Design & CAD/CAM
In-house designers translate sketches, references, or client briefs into 3D CAD models, with rapid prototyping and 3D-printed wax or resin models for approval before a single gram of metal is cast.
Casting
Precision lost-wax casting in gold, silver, brass, and gold-vermeil base metals, with in-house alloy and weight control to keep every batch consistent.
Stone Setting
Hand-setting by experienced setters for fine and delicate work, supported by machine-assisted setting for larger production runs that need to stay on schedule.
Finishing & Plating
Polishing, rhodium and gold electroplating, antiquing, and laser engraving are all handled in-house, so finish quality never depends on an outside vendor’s schedule.
Quality Control
Every piece is inspected at multiple stages — after casting, after setting, and before packing — checking stone security, metal purity, weight, and finish against the approved sample.
Packaging & Fulfillment
Standard or custom-branded packaging, with order consolidation and shipment preparation handled before pieces leave our facility.
Technology & Equipment
Our workshop combines traditional goldsmithing skill with the equipment a modern production schedule requires:
- 3D CAD design software and rapid-prototyping 3D printers
- Vacuum and centrifugal casting machines
- Laser welding and laser engraving equipment
- Rhodium and gold electroplating lines
- Precision gem-weighing and metal-testing instruments
- Ultrasonic and steam cleaning stations for final finishing
