Hong Kong Custom Jewelry Limited is a Hong Kong-based B2B custom jewelry manufacturer serving independent retail partners and wholesale buyers with finished-goods, sample, and custom design and production services.

3. Orders & Quotes

  • Prices and quotes provided through our forms (Start a Custom Project, Retail Partner Application, Wholesale Inquiry) are estimates and are confirmed in writing before production begins.
  • For custom orders, production begins only after you approve the CAD design or sample and pay the agreed deposit.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that cannot be produced as specified.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Custom orders are billed in two parts — a deposit at order confirmation and the balance before shipment — as described in our order process.
  • Bank wire transfer orders are confirmed once payment has cleared and been verified by our team.

5. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

  • Designs, sketches, CAD files, and reference images you submit remain your property; by submitting them you grant us a limited license to use them solely to quote, design, and produce your order.
  • Original designs, techniques, and production methods developed by Hong Kong Custom Jewelry Limited remain our intellectual property.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any design, logo, or reference you submit for production does not infringe a third party’s intellectual property rights.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
